Job Purpose

To work on a Alumni engagement learning programme for a Grant for the Centre for Learning and Management Practice (CLMP) including programme delivery, supporting recruitment efforts, logistics, faculty coordination and programme execution resulting in efficient delivery being run by ISB for a grant received to run that particular programme.

 

Job Outline

The incumbent is responsible for:

  1. Support the marketing efforts
  2. Content creation and updation on the webpages
  3. Provide operational and admin support for the delivery of the program
  4. Billing, Invoice Processing and logistics management
  5. Tele-calling the Alumni
  6. Vendor and stakeholder coordination
  7. Feedback Management
  8. MIS Management
  9. Ensure smooth in-person and online delivery of the programme content

  • Graduate in any field
  • Desired skill set :  Resourceful, detail oriented, people management skills, soft spoken, patient.

 

  • Communication (written and verbal).
  • Should be comfortable in tele-calling, MS-Excel, MS-Word, Powerpoint and E-mail writing.
  • Comfortable with extended working hours and intra city travels.
  • 4 to 8 years 
  • Prior experience of working in logistics management,  programme delivery and sales.
