Job Purpose

Asynchronous Content Creation for PGP, PGP Pro, PGP Max, FPM & Global Management Program (GMPIS & GMPOS)


Job Outline

The candidate is expected to:

  • Reflect bigger Spectrum towards Asynchronous Content Creation and Instructional design.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of content strategy and design concepts
  • Display expertise understanding of content Pre-Production, Recording / Production, Postproduction and Animations.
  • Coordinate an elite pool of vendors, academic partnerships, SMRs, and online/virtual tools and platforms to accelerate learning outcomes.
  • Manage day-to-day work with ID resources, faculty, Talent Services, vendors,
  • Collaborate with participants and faculty to evaluate and provide recommendations to increase the reach, impact, and future capability requirements of the learning portfolio.
  • Acquire and cultivate industry and sector knowledge, identifying and understanding important trends and issues to be a trusted advisor to leaders
  • Realizing the organization comprehensive business model. Act as a promoter to build the advocacy towards hyper automation to improve and bring in digital transformation across school.

Operations Management

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to monitor the effectiveness of core curriculum and supplemental instructional materials.
  • Leverage team resources to produce dashboards and measurement reports as needed to monitor efforts with stakeholders.

Graduate in IT/Computer Science/MBA

Develop course structures leveraging for different Asynchronous learning programs across PGP Suite, EFPM & Course era courses.
  • Act as an advocate and assist professors across world with course outline and mandatory guidelines to adopt.
  • Supervise the development of various multimedia learning materials such as videos, animations and interactive lessons.
  • Responsible for maintaining the course development timelines and release dates as planned.



  • Liaison with various vendors, empanelment, rate card analysis, having a pool of resources to mitigate last minute challenges.
  • Internal stakeholder management for smooth program management
  • Time bound response is critical to address faculty requirements.



Digital transformation: Requirement Gathering, Documentation of AS IS & TO BE Processes, Vendor Identification, Cost Analysis, Technical Capability Assessment, Tech repot submission to higher management, Stringent evaluation process adherence, Empanelment, Procurement Process to follow, Software Development Life Cycle to implement the need of the business, Integration, Dashboarding & Handover Process.



Periodic department level reports & high-level presentation generation, PMO Support, Ideation.
