Job Purpose

 

Responsible for all administrative and logistics related activities of PGP in the department. The incumbent is responsible for all course delivery related

 

 

Job Outline

 

The job holder is responsible for providing complete backend support for PGP courses, by meticulously planning and organising all logistics and administrative requirements. S/he also ensures logistics requirements of the faculty teaching the programmes are met. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all facilities are available.

 

·       Compiling and providing the Couse packs, textbook, software and simulations for the courses on time.

·       Course related workshops, activities, scheduling.

·       Faculty profiles updating on portal.

·       Layouts generation and preparation for every term.

·       Preparation of name cards and duplicate ID cards for the students as and when required.

·       Assisting the Bidding team.

·       Assisting the Visiting Faculties during their stay on campus for every term.

·       Departmental support.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

 

Good knowledge of excel Excellent Interpersonal skills, Sense of urgency, ability to manage multiple responses, good communication skills, coordination & attention to details.
