Job Purpose

To handle and execute all desired learning programmes as per assigned task lists &

established guidelines of the department and provide an outstanding experience for Faculty and Clients of ISB Executive Education.

 

Job Outline

The job holder will play a key role in establishing EE as a leading global player in Executive Education through effective handling and coordination of resources, capabilities and logistics for all programmes delivered by the centre in both online and offline formats.

-       This role will be involved from the Pre-Programme phase to execute EE programmes to support the end-end learning journey of a participant.

-       S/he works closely with the BD’s, Programme Managers, Clients, Learning Architects, Faculty and Participants.

-       S/he will directly frontend and support all logistical needs of assigned programme.

-       S/he arranges stay / travel requirements of the faculty & also makes arrangement for the stay of the programme participants across both campuses.

-       S/he procures case studies, reading material essential for the programme from different internal/external sources.

-       S/he shares programme communications, pre-course reading material, instructions as per School / Faculty guidelines.

-       As part of the programme requirements, s/he arranges the on/offline classes, event venues, field trips, activities and supports the logistical requirements for seamless execution.

-       S/he prepares welcome kits, class collaterals, certificate artworks and recreational facilities, other essentials as required

-       For successful accomplishment of the learning programmes, s/he closely coordinates with various stakeholders within and outside ISB.

-       S/he is also expected to address any logistic gaps pointed out by the faculty & programme participants in class / in feedback forms

-       As a part of the post program activity, s/he collects participants’ feedback on the programme and aids faculty contracts.

-       S/he will also maintain programme data for repository & audit purposes, as required.

-       The job holder arranges all the above while complying with the cost, time and quality guidelines of each programme.
