Job Purpose

The role will lead the marketing efforts in conjunction with the business teams to contribute to positioning ISB Executive Education as a sought-after brand for Enterprises.


Job Outline

  • Creating a marketing strategy aligned to brand goals and enterprise business goals.
  • Craft segment and product, and account-based level marketing campaigns, execute and monitor them closely for agreed measurable outcomes.
  • Execute a results-driven, multi-platform, multi-channel communications plan in line with the ISB Executive Education brand.
  • Plan and implement marketing activities like email campaigns, marketing events, thought-leadership communication.
  • Work closely with BD teams to move prospective clients through the funnel to closure.
  • Create and adhere to a standardised process checklist to ensure consistency and timelines in a high-volume, high-intensity work environment.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of campaigns, events, thought-leadership initiatives, and course-correct as required.
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments within ISB-EE, ISB, and external vendors to create and/or customise communications and marketing activities.
  • Liaise with internal school resources and vendors to plan and schedule activities while managing the logistics end-to-end.

  • A degree in Marketing from an institution of repute
  • In-depth experience in crafting innovative campaigns and executing them with continual optimisation
  • Strong knowledge of content development in various formats.
  • Strong knowledge of business communication for B2B segments.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
  • Overall 10 -15 years of experience in enterprise marketing or related areas
  • Prior experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the Education or EdTech sector
  • Hands-on experience in B2B sales or marketing roles
