Job Purpose

The Senior Manager Content is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and management of the content strategy for ISB Online. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, content management expertise, and strong leadership skills to ensure that the content produced is of high quality, engaging, and aligned with the overall business objectives and vision of ISB Online.

 

Job  Outline

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives and vision of ISB Online.
  • Lead the development of content guidelines, messaging, and positioning that are aligned with the target audience and the ISB’s values.
  • Work closely with the marketing team, marketing agencies and sales teams to ensure that all content produced is consistent with the brand and marcom strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the content initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Identify and capitalize on new content opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Manage the budget for content initiatives and ensure that all activities are cost-effective.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
