Job Purpose

  • Bharti Insititute has a fast-paced and high-growth environment with multiple training and education programmes(in-person, asynchronous, etc.); research projects and grants; periodic events both in-house and external; regular engagements with relevant stakeholders including high-profiled government funcationaries, representatives of the central and state ministeries, key departments etc., corporates, academia and media houses.  
  • This role requires the incumbent to create outstanding, precise, and contextual visual communication in line with the brand value of the institute.  

 

Job Outline

  • We are seeking a visualizer cum graphic designer who has typical out-of-the-box visualizing capabilities, to join in our fast-paced team - delivering high quality graphics, stunning visuals, marketing materials, and programme content.
  • The role requires strong conceptualization and marketing design skills, with an understanding of marketing communications and an eye for detail. A good understanding of the education and training programmes and web development skills would also be highly desirable. 
  • This is a great opportunity for an articulate, and organised designer to make an impact on a large department of a globally renowned business school.
  • The incumbent has to ensure creative continuity and flow in comm. across the collaterals – marketing or content, while adhering to school-wide branding and design standards, ensuring that the school’s reputation is upheld. Must also demonstrate the ability to handle a high volume of creative output at any given time for timely execution of the digital marketing plans.
  • Ample opportunity to take on additional design responsibilities, including creative strategy, logo design, concept design, web design, custom proposals, video editing, and presentations.

Desirable Experience

  • Bachelors / University Degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics, digital marketing and/or web-design
  • Experience in the EdTech/public policy sector would be highly preferred
  • Proven ability to work independently, with stringent timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong communication and advocacy skills and a can-do attitude
  • Visual Design skills, creative flair, innovative ideas, and excellent attention to detail
  • Skilled in at professional designing tools e.g., Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics
  • Comfortable at pen-and-paper sketching to communicate ideas clearly and quickly
  • Ability to continuously improve on current designs and keep up with latest trends in design and communication specifically in the EdTech/public policy space

 

  • Hands-on with motion graphics tools and latest tech for at least 2-3 years
  • Should have managed a team of designers and video editors in the past
  • Should understand how illustrations work
