The Office of Advancement at the Indian School of Business engages with the school’s alumni, private corporations, foundations, and individuals to further the cause of advancement by soliciting funding for scholarships, research, school’s infrastructure, and upcoming initiatives of the school, etc.
ISB is seeking applications for Senior Manager – Advancement Operations at the Office of Advancement. The position holder will act as the office manager of the department and responsible for administration, compliance, documentation and MIS. The position holder will work with various internal stakeholders like Operations, MarComm, ER, IT, Commercials in ensuring high standards of donor services management. They must possess strong communication and execution skills and be uncompromisingly committed to quality and ownership of outcomes and results. The work location for this position will be at either the Hyderabad or Mohali Campus of the ISB.
Ideal candidates will have a keen interest in fundraising and stakeholder management skills. They also must have demonstrated resilience and perseverance in their prior assignments, and a high degree of customer service orientation.
