Job Purpose

The primary responsibility is to conduct the Graduation Audit for all programmes across campuses. To support the Registrar’s office needs across all programmes. Monitoring the student data of all Programmes across campuses and ensuring that it is easily retrievable. To support the department in standardizing the processes.  

 

Job  Outline

The primary responsibility of the job holder is to conduct the Graduation Audit for all programmes across campuses. Closely work with the Associate Director – Registrar’s Office to support in monitoring the records of students of all programmes, such as the Registered student list, Withdrawals, Leave of absence, Rejoining, Return and Retake and Graduated list across all programmes. The job holder needs to monitor that all the processes of the Registrar’s office are documented as per requirement.

The Incumbent should work closely with vendor and IT team to modify the process flow in the existing student data portals, to meet the Registrar’s office requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for enhancement and automation of existing processes.  The job holder must monitor the fee payment of students across programmes and disseminate the information to programme offices across both campuses.

As a part of the data maintenance activities, the job holder is required to monitor the error-free record of the department’s data. S/he has to generate the transcripts. S/he has to monitor the procurement and printing of Certificates for all Programmes and upload the documents on Digitary across all programmes. S/he should be the SPOC for all Registrar’s office related activities with Programme office. S/he to work with Associate Director for any exception/ deviations from the policies.
