Job Purpose |
The Office of Digital Learning at ISB is looking for an exceptional User Interface and User Experience Designer. This position will support a team of learning engineers, product managers and researchers by designing and crafting intuitive and delightful user experiences for the users of our digital learning platform. The role requires an individual who can innovate, move quickly, and be able to produce quality courses. |
Job Outline |
Specific responsibilities will include: 1. Execute design research, ideation and creation of digital interfaces across multiple platforms and devices 2. Create a rapid and continuous pipeline of user feedback sessions to analyze and find actionable insights from their data 3. Create and iterate on user journeys and personas for different user segments 4. Optimize interaction design to support key user processes and flows 5. Ensure successful delivery of multiple projects by managing design deliverables and timelines 6. Execute design at all levels, from systems/flow design to UX design, to visual design 7. Inspire all members of the creative team by fostering a culture of constant learning and professional growth |
