    Women’s Leadership Programme has been designed to help women become more impactful and effective leaders. The programme is carefully designed keeping in mind the unique challenges faced by women in their path to leadership.

    Programme Curriculum

    Women’s Leadership Programme takes you on a two-month journey designed to fit seamlessly into your professional and personal life, including 30 hours of on-campus sessions, 18 hours of live virtual sessions, and 12 hours of group coaching sessions.

    The virtual sessions involve intensive discussion and reflection, while the on-campus sessions will maximise informal networking. Group coaching sessions will expose you to diversity of thoughts and approaches to reach a common goal.
