Women Leaders

Women make up 37% of the current class of PGP Class of ‘23 and come from a diverse set of educational backgrounds and industry experiences. ISB focuses on ‘inclusion’ and promotion of gender sensitisation at workplace.  The Women In Business Club at ISB aims to promote, empower and enable the entire cohort at ISB to become stronger leaders and foster a more gender equal corporate culture post ISB. Through open forums, networking events and mentorship initiatives on campus, that enable women students to fearlessly express, learn and grow in a judgement free environment. 
Women Leadership Programs such as those set up in partnership with Axis Bank and Ashok Leyland have helped organizations augment their women leadership strength. In addition to these, many of our talent partner have hired women leaders from ISB.

International Careers

ISB is a truly global B-School – every year, international students join ISB or come to ISB for exchange programs. The Course Curriculum which is taught by a mix of Indian and International faculty covers case studies about global companies and problem-solving skills in complex multi-cultural contexts. During international study treks, our students interact with stakeholders and clients from all over the world. This prepares them for a plethora of Global leadership programs and opportunities with multi-national conglomerates like those from top brands Apple South Asia Pte Ltd, Arthur D. Little Middle East FZ LLC, Bondevalue Pte Ltd, Cargill Asia Pacific Holdings Pte Limited, Deloitte & Touche (Middle East), EY- Parthenon, GEP, Landmark Group, Mercer Financial Services Middle East Limited, Siemens Management Consulting, Tolaram Group. 

Young Leaders

ISB selects a talented group of students and mentors them to set them on a path of high performance from the start of their career. The YLP programme acts as a catalyst to enable the group to focus on their career in a structured manner and accelerate their professional growth. The youngsters who make it to this programme are, therefore, ideally positioned to evolve into exceptional business leaders of tomorrow. These young leaders form up to 30% of the class every year and has 2-3 years of work experience by the time they join the programme. They are hired by our clients for Management Trainee and Leadership Roles across functions and industries.

Senior Executives

We have a strong representation of students with 8+ years of experience who fulfill requirements for senior level roles in our client organizations. Many of them have led large teams and handled important portfolios in their organizations. Their experience combined with academic rigor they go through at ISB makes them ready to take leadership roles across functions and industries. Many alumni from this pool have gone on to hold positions of prominence in their respective fields at senior designations like Executive Director, Vice President, General Manager and Vertical Head.
