Create separate climate change ministry: Experts

We must act now, and it is time to make the political will stronger, ''said Anjal Prakash, talking about the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Working Group II's latest report that will be released on Monday. Anjal, who is also one of the authors of the report, also advocated for a separate climate change ministry at the national and state level to adopt climate change mitigation plans.
