ISB hosts officers from College of Defence Management, Secunderabad

The Indian School of Business hosted officers of Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC) from the College of Defence Management, Secunderabad. The officers were high ranking officials from the Indian Armed Services and International Services. 

Professor Manmohan S Sodhi, FIMA, FORS Bayes Business School, City University of London and visiting faculty of ISB made a presentation on ‘Defence Procurement and Supply Chain Management’ as part of the defence offset policy in India, how private sector supply chain can be linked to defence procurement and how the best practices can be applied in it.

Col. Rajiv Bhargava, former Indian Army Colonel, PGP alumnus and Senior Associate Director at the Munjal Institute of Global Manufacturing and Punj Lloyd Institute of Infrastructure Management, ISB welcomed these officers and took them for a tour of the campus.

DNV Kumara Guru, Senior Director, External Relations made a presentation about the School and talked about ISB’s association with the College of Defence Management.
