In an article titled “No snow in 2024: Deep dive into Kashmir's mysterious dry winter”, Prof. Anjal Prakash, Research Director, Bharti Institute of Public Policy, and IPCC author, is quoted as saying that the dry winter spell is not merely a seasonal aberration.

The article explores how from Nepal to the Indian region of the Hindu Kush, snow-deprived mountain peaks are alarming about the consequences of global warming and climate change. Prof. Anjal advocates for climate resilience and sustainable choices.
