Two of the Fellow Programme In Management (FPM) students from the Indian School of Business (ISB) have been appointed as faculty members in two universities in the US. Rajita Varma has been selected as an Assistant Professor at Binghamton University (State University of New York) and Sriniwas Mahapatro as an Assistant Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology (Saunders College of Business).

Rajita Varma's broad focus area is marketing, and her research explores how top management influences marketing outcomes and firm performance. Sriniwas Mahapatro's area of interest is accounting. He is involved in conducting empirical research in the areas of banking regulation, credit ratings, auditing, and debt contracting.

ISB’s Fellow Programme In Management (FPM) is specially designed for individuals who have a passion for research and learning and are keen to pursue an academic career. ISB, with its diverse faculty base, equips research scholars to stay ahead of the curve and design research projects, which would go a long way in adding value to their subject.
