Leena Kinger Hans is an assistant professor of organizational behavior at the Indian School of Business. She received her Ph.D. from INSEAD in 2020. Her primary research studies how individuals make career-related decisions, in settings including entrepreneurship, family businesses and low-wage occupations. In her secondary stream of work, she studies the antecedents of corporate philanthropy as well as its implications for non-profit organizations.
Prof. Leena teaches Negotiation Analysis at ISB. She has an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIM-B).
