Customer Centric E-commerce in India - Policy Recommendations

The report titled “Customer-centric E-commerce in India: Policy recommendations” looks at the policy landscape of the e-commerce sector in India which has experienced phenomenal growth. The report analyses the policy landscape across four aspects foreign direct investments (FDI), business models, taxation, data & search on e-commerce platforms. For each of these aspects, deep analysis is carried out followed by roundtable discussions with stakeholders and policy recommendations to enable sustainable growth of the sector over the next couple of decades.
