Arjun Shukla

Arjun has close to 3 years of experience in the impact consulting space with Dalberg and Samagra. He has worked with a diverse range of stakeholders in the impact space, including NGOs, philanthropic foundations, and the Government, across sectors such as employment, skilling, education, climate change, and rural development.
Arjun holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Delhi. He enjoys playing football and eating just about anything in his free time! 

Ranjini Rao Hebbur Sreenivasa

Vice President

Ranjini, a Computer Science engineer from BMSCE, Bangalore has 4+ years of experience across the technology and public sector. She has worked with Digit Insurance as a Software Engineer, completed the Mahatma Gandhi National Fellowship with the Government of India in skill development and public policy and managed the Karnataka Skill Connect portal for the Karnataka Government as Executive Manager, KSDC. Her journey with social impact has largely been shaped by the Fellowship with the Melton Foundation, a global citizenship organisation, where she directed her first animal welfare video series, and collaborated with Nigerian public health workers to upskill local women. She loves to read, pen short verses and off late, engage in a fun TT or game of pool.

Mrigaya Gandotra

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Mrigaya has 4 years of marketing experience across various industries like FMCG, Ed-tech and Saas in different geographies; primarily the Middle East and India. She has worked on launching consumer products and creating APAC wide marketing strategies. Her brush with impact came while working for a social enterprise which worked on implementing AI enabled English learning software in government schools across India.
She completed her undergrad from the University of Warwick in Business management. She spends her free time with her nose in a book or doing the NYT crossword!

Abha Choudhary

Events Coordinator

Abha is a Business Economics Graduate from University of Delhi. She is passionate for economics as she believes it can solve the global problems like hunger and poverty. She has worked with various not-for-profit organisations in different capacities over the last 5 years. She has addressed issues like Child sexual abuse, child hunger, uplifting women in their entrepreneurial journeys, and assisting in the formation of SHGs in seven sister states, among many others. She aims to contribute her vision, ideas and diligence to impact organisations with an aim to make a global positive change through altering grassroots issues.
She started her professional career at KPMG as a data analyst and has multi-dimensional experience. She has a keen interest in history and loves to play tennis.

Guneet Gandhiok

Events Coordinator

Guneet graduated with a degree in economics from the University of Delhi. She went on to assume a strategy role, working on projects with a global impact. Her first tryst with impact was working with an NGO to form a co-curricular programme for underprivileged children. This reinstated her faith in her favourite quote - if we all care a little more, the world will suffer a little less.
In her free time, she can be found dancing or daydreaming.

Puspal Ghosh

L&D Coordinator

Puspal is an Electronics and Communication Engineering Graduate from Techno India, Kolkata. He has 5 years of experience in Cyber Security Incident Response with Deloitte, having worked with clients across sectors in Healthcare, Finance and Energy space. Dedicated to positive change, he actively engaged in CSR initiatives, partnering with India Literacy Project to empower children through education. He is particularly passionate about education and wants to make a difference in this area.
He is an ardent football fan and loves playing the Piano.

Akshat Aggarwal

Special Initiatives Coordinator

Akshat has 4.5 years of consulting experience across climate, banking, insurance, financial inclusion, energy etc. During his time at McKinsey, he has worked on launching mortgage companies, investing in diversified insurance companies, and revamping financial services distribution strategies. At Dalberg, he worked on solving global development challenges like financial inclusion through digital data stacks, and launching the global One Sun, One World, One Grid initiative. Akshat has had a long tryst with impact, starting with Enactus in undergrad, where he co-founded Project Khidki, a social enterprise against malnutrition.
Akshat completed his undergrad from Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, University of Delhi, in Management and Finance. He spends her free time reading or writing, playing badminton, or cooking up a storm in the kitchen!

Samyuktha Kamat

Alumni Relations Coordinator

Samyuktha has worked extensively in the Financial Services Industry beginning with Goldman Sachs and further going on to explore a role in a start-up called FalconX. 
Growing up, she was always passionate about impact ranging from assuming a role as treasurer in Rotaract club or leading a team of analysts to secure 2L INR for their NGO of choice in the Analyst Impact Fund.
When not working, she loves cooking a hearty meal for her friends, hanging out with her furry companions, and doing anything fitness related.
