Sachin is a Civil Servant, with more than 7 years of experience in Government of India. He has earlier worked at Infosys. In Government of India, he has worked on the domain of Policy Formulation and Implementation. He worked on large scale projects which involved Problem Solving and Senior Stakeholder Management. He has received various awards/prizes from his Department. He was involved in Organizing various initiatives in his work place beyond his official role. Moreover, he is fond of reading self-improvement books, travelling and playing Basketball.

Vice President

Niladree is a qualified Company Secretary and a management graduate from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, having worked in the Startup and VC Consulting domain before coming to ISB. He is passionate about public speaking and loves analyzing startups and their growth prospects. Outside of work, he finds joy in meeting new people, studying about astrophysics, exploring new destinations and indulging in his love for singing.

Aakanksha has a background in startup evaluations and fundraising.

Having worked in a Hedge Fund and then a Venture Capital she has expertise in valuations, partnership management, and fund management. With over 8+ years of experience in the startup ecosystem, she has evaluated 700+ startups and also worked with a Health tech startup where she spearheaded the finance and investment department of the company.

She is passionate about the ever-growing startup ecosystem in India with a keen interest in disruptive technologies and how they affect the economy. She is also a classically trained Kathak dancer and a seasoned swimmer.

Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Prashant has a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and Technology from IIT-BHU. Coupled with over a decade of experience in strategic planning, advisory services and operations, Prashant possess a unique skill set that combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset. His track record of spearheading energy transition and profitability projects demonstrates his ability to navigate dynamic industry landscapes and develop innovative strategies for a sustainable future. With exceptional communication skills and proven leadership abilities, he excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive success. Prashant has a keen interest in emerging technologies and he likes to read and talk about it. 

Academic Coordinator

Remya is a Mechanical engineer with Masters’ in Energy Engineering, who transitioned to a career in project management. She has 10 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry and in the manufacturing sector. She is an ardent oil painter and the author of two books:  a handbook for Project Managers and a Children's Tale.

L&D Coordinator

Bhuvan is a seasoned professional in the merchant navy, boasting nearly 9 years of expertise. With a profound grasp of ship operations and management, he has navigated the seas with finesse. At Seaspan Corporation, he endeavours spanned a diverse range, from nurturing cadets' potential to auditing ships meticulously. His unwavering commitment and exceptional contributions earned him prestigious accolades, including the esteemed President Award and International Seafarer Award from the renowned International Maritime Organization (IMO). Beyond his maritime triumphs,Bhuvan's heart beats for noble causes, actively engaging with esteemed NGOs like WWF and PFA. He was consecutively honoured as the Best Individual Fundraiser. Moreover, his creative spirit finds solace in portrait photography, capturing moments that transcend boundaries in national and international photographic forums.

Events Coordinator

Moin completed his Undergraduate from the University of Madras in Business Administration. Before Joining ISB he worked in Talent management space for 10+ Years. Program management is his USP and loves managing events. He represents the best of both the worlds Andhra/Telangana. Born in Kurnool and grew up to be a Hyderabadi. A big-time foodie and has an affinity towards sports and Politics.
