Dr. Swati Jain is a seasoned professional with immense analytics and consulting experience across multiple verticals including financial services, retail, media, healthcare. Currently, she is a Vice President, Decision Analytics at EXL Service where she provides AI/ML services to several Fortune 500 organizations. Additionally, she also leads analytics’ talent acquisition for India and APAC region.

Earlier, Dr. Swati worked at Cognizant, Pipal Research (CRISIL) and EY where she provided data analytics, business intelligence and consulting services. She has been instrumental in the development of innovative AI solutions along the customer journey, propagation of newer business models and democratizing AI in client organizations. She is a thought leader and mentor at select AI platforms, has co-authored multiple white papers and has been a speaker and panelist at various forums including NASSCOM, Tiecon, PHDCCI, IIMs, data science institutes and AI associations. Dr. Swati has been regularly quoted/featured in leading technology publications on top data science / ML trends, state of AI adoption, women in technology, measuring success of AI Engagements, etc. Dr. Swati is in the core committee of knowledge assets pillar of Nasscom's data science and AI CoE as well as in the leader’s council of select well known AI forums. Dr. Swati played an active role in development and roll out of NASSCOM's AI Maturity Assessment Framework and has actively participated in NASSCOM initiatives on AIaaS and MLOps.

In 2020, Dr. Swati was recognized among ‘Top 11 Women AI leaders in India’ and awarded the “Women in AI Leadership Award” by a leading Indian publication in Analytics. In 2021, Dr. Swati was featured in “21 women in 21” by IndiaaI, the national AI portal of India and named among 50 most influential AI leaders in India by Analytics India Magazine. Dr. Swati has been associated with 3AI, one of India's largest platforms for Analytics and AI professionals since its inception and received women in Analytics, AI Maker 150 and 3AI President’s Award.

Dr. Swati is a PhD (Economics) from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Masters in Business Economics from Delhi University.
