Drawing insights from the recent roundtable on women in family business organised by the Thomas Schmidheiny Centre for Family Enterprise, Professor Sougata Ray and Nupur Pavan Bang discuss strategies that can empower women’s active involvement in family businesses. They argue that this will lead to a more inclusive and adaptive organisational culture that recognises and values the diverse contributions of women leaders.

“The future of family businesses lies in the hands of leaders who recognise the power of women's active involvement, making it not only a call to action but a commitment to lasting prosperity,” they write.
