The 2nd One year Management Programme in Public Policy (MPPP) begins at Indian School of Business, Mohali. The students of this batch have been drawn from the government, public sector and civil society organizations, having large experience of working on the policy issues at the ground.
 
The course focuses on - Applied Microeconomics for Public Policy Makers; Fundamentals of Public Policy Design, Analysis and Implementation; Planning, Budgeting, Accounting and Controlling in the Public Sector; Politics, Government and Public Policy; Law, Tax and Regulation; Macroeconomics and Public Finance in India; Quantitative Methods for Public Policy Analysis; Strategic Management and Good Governance; Design and Implementation of Indian Foreign Policy ; Corporate Finance and Global Financial Markets; Theory and Practice of Negotiation; Infrastructure Policy, Management, and Implementation; Urban Planning, Policy and Management; Public Sector Finance and Policy; Geopolitics and Security Studies; Agricultural and Food Policy; Environmental Policy; Social Policy - Design, Implementation and Effectiveness.
