Nupur Pavan Bang and Yashodhara Basuthakur from the Thomas Schmidheiny Centre for Family Enterprise were the lead authors in a report published by STEP-KPMG on ‘The Power of Women in Family Business.’ ISB is the only member of STEP, a global consortium of B-schools that explore the entrepreneurial process within business families and generates solutions that have immediate application for family leaders.
