Prashanth is an Entrepreneur, Autodidact, and a Philomath. He designed, curated and delivered offline and online learning experiences for adult and adolescent learners in domains ranging across Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Leadership, Career, Technology and Business over the last 10 years. Prashanth has founded a profitable social enterprise that improved autodidactic capabilities for over 1 million students across Government Institutions in rural India. Prashanth currently heads the centre operations – design, delivery and partnerships/collaborations for all research and academic projects at CBI. 

Senior Manager

Ramesh Kotnana, an MLISC graduate from Andhra University has 17+ years of rich experience in information services, and knowledge management domain at Eenadu, ISB and ICRISAT. Since 2019, he has been working as a Sr. Manager (Competitive Analysis & Strategy) at ISB. After working in the Dean’s Office for nearly 2 years, Mr. Ramesh is currently working at the Center for Business Innovation at ISB. He is responsible for gathering data, analysis, providing actionable insights and perspectives related to various research areas that are relevant to the ISB Centre of Business Innovation .

Manager

Diti Joshi is an M.Phil. from TISS Mumbai with over 5 years of experience in project management, research, monitoring and evaluation of developmental projects. She is currently pursuing her PhD.

At ISB, Diti acts as Manager for the project funded by Intel company which is aimed at accelerating adoption of emerging technologies in governance.

Senior Associate

Rajani has an MBA in Finance & Marketing. Having 10 years of experience in Infosys, she handled day-to-day operational functions along with employee engagement activities. Expert in multitasking and has good knowledge of budgeting and interpretation. At ISB, she is responsible for administrative activities and finance-related functions.

 

Senior Researcher

Sreenath Kanugovi has over 26 years of Industry & Academic Experience, serving ISB in various capacities since 2007.  Adept with best pedagogical practices learnt over a period by assisting leading faculty of the world, he has acquired abilities in content design & development suiting varied learning cohorts across PGP, PGP Pro, PGP Max, EFPM, Executive Education. He is passionate about Business Model Innovation and Digital Transformation domains.

Research Associate

Vijay is an Engineering Management graduate passionate about building a career in academics and research. He completed his MBA from LM Thapar School of Management. Before his post-graduation, He had worked with BestDoc technologies (Tech startup company) as a Business Development Executive for 15 months. At ISB, his work revolves around academic research related to FinTech.

At ISB Centre for Business Innovation, Rithika is a key contributor to the healthcare vertical, where she produces practitioner-led articles, Harvard case studies, and journal publications focusing on AI-human collaboration. Her expertise spans market research, data-driven strategies, and innovative solutions, making her a valuable asset in the intersection of technology and healthcare.

Shivani is a researcher, educator, and data analyst with a Master's degree in Economics. She brings a diverse range of expertise in teaching Economics, Statistics, and Data Analytics. Her current research at Centre for Business Innovation centers around the intricate dynamics between humans and digital products, with a specific emphasis on devising effective solutions for various business challenges.
