Overview

Chesta Ahuja is an Analyst at Max Institute of Healthcare Management, Indian School of Business. She holds a Master of Science in Business Psychology from the University of Leeds. Her interest areas are in the field of organisational psychology and behaviour. At ISB, she is involved in NCD management studies. 

Before joining ISB, she was working as a Research Assistant at the Workplace Behaviour Research Centre, University of Leeds. She was involved in two UK Research and Innovation funded projects at WBRC, studying how SMEs manage multiple goals using organisational goal hierarchy framework, and informing the design of HRM practices to support the well-being of BAME healthcare staff in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
