Drawing from his dedication to chess and martial arts, Sarath has developed discipline and strategic thinking, which he applies to various aspects of his life. Recognized for his exceptional networking abilities, he has successfully built a personal brand within the real estate industry. Passionate about people management, and entrepreneurship, Sarath brings enthusiasm and expertise to every endeavour he undertakes."

Milind Mudgal

A mechanical engineer and vivacious, Milind Mudgal has almost 3 years of work experience and worked as an Executive program manager and EA to the President in the CEO’s Office in the JBM Bus Division. A true Delhite at heart, foodie, and adventurous person who loves to experiment the alternates and finishes tasks effectively he brings a perfect balance of sincerity, entertainment, and commitment to the table.

Known for his hashtag #MM4U and initiator of Acad Bytes in Cohort 24- Our Academic director who can work round the clock for cohort’s service. As an extrovert, he set new goals for faith and commitment and craves his own path for making things effective.

Sai Kakarala

Director, Alumni Affairs Council

Sai is a Software Engineer with experience at Oracle Health, specializing in building digital applications for hospitals. He values meaningful conversations with people and enjoys gaining different perspectives. Sai is a versatile individual who is open to discussions on any topic, regardless of the time of day.

In addition to his passion for software engineering, Sai is an avid sports enthusiast and can often be found playing badminton or football on campus. He has a keen interest in photography and enjoys capturing moments with his drone. Sai also explores the world of NFTs to express his creativity.

Antara Choudhury

Director, Career Advancement Council

Antara is a consultant with 7.5 years of experience overall. She spent the last 6 years of her career in the public sector consulting practice at PwC. She is a Young India Fellow (Ashoka University) from the batch of 2015. She has also represented Hyderabad at the World Economic Forum Headquarters in Geneva.

Outside of work, Antara spends her time doing pro bono consulting for NGOs, coaching and mentoring student entrepreneurs, traveling, reading, dancing and cooking. 

Oshank Mittal

Director, Finance and Governance Council

Oshank Mittal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a CFA Level-2 candidate. He has worked as a Manager at KPMG's investment advisory, global trade, and tax structuring practice, and gained governance-related experience while working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. 

Oshank has authored a book on the investment landscape and incentives in India alongside KPMG SBU head and has written over 20 articles in Economic Times and Financial Express.

If not addressing the treasury or the fairness concerns of the Cohort, you might find Oshank either playing table tennis or rocking some tunes on his guitar.

Ajay Shokeen

Director, Marketing & Communications Council

Ajay is a hustler who gets things done, during his undergrad at Sri Venkateswara College, Ajay started a travel experience-based company, created vlogs on YouTube, managed India's largest student community, and curated and led various social media campaigns.

#JackOfAllTrades was a name given to Ajay by all his peers during his professional stints. With the intent of exploring further, Ajay picked a rewards consulting role aligned towards technology clients at Aon Consulting to start with and eventually dabbled again with entrepreneurship in the education and social networking space. Further, he did operations with Better Mortgage (Best to worst start-up; real quick) and moved to Deloitte India with their Human Capital Consulting unit, working with FMCG & E-commerce giants to advise on all things compensation.

Ajay is always ready with his camera for a road trip. You can call him a book hoarder though he'd disagree and call himself a reader. He is always up for a movie, party, pizza, or conversation about anything to everything.

Siva Palle

Director, Operations & Sustainability Council

Shiva is a man of many talents and passions. He knows how to grow crops, run a business, and is a passionate leader. He loves nature, fitness, and adventure who is always ready for a challenge and a laugh. He is an Agriculture Graduate from Acharya NG Ranga Agricultural University, one of the top agricultural institutes in India. He is also a successful entrepreneur who has founded and led an Admissions Consulting firm. He is a local boy from Hyderabad who cares deeply about his roots, environment, and people.  He is a go-getter, enthusiastic, and concerned about climate change and sustainability. He likes playing cricket, chess, trekking and exploring new places. His vision for the school is to make it India's first carbon neutral B-school by implementing innovative and sustainable solutions in campus operations, curriculum design and community engagement. He believes that sustainability is not just a buzzword, but a way of life. It is about being mindful of our impact on the environment and society, and taking action to reduce it.

Sai Krishna Prasad Kanuru

Director, Student Life Council

Sai, an entrepreneur at heart, brings to the table a multicultural global perspective, having grown up in Vijayawada, studied at TISB in Bangalore and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and worked in Washington, D.C. Being a true foodie, he loves to try a new F&B establishment every week, and hopes to bring authentic American BBQ, Korean Fried Chicken, and Nikkei cuisine to Hyderabad one day.

Although he is an ISB Merit Scholar, he strongly believes that you'll never remember class time, but you'll remember the nights you "wasted" hanging out with your friends. Work never ends, but college does... So, he hopes to create memories for the Class of '24—moments they can hold on to for a lifetime.
