Indian School of Business has been ranked among the top 100 business schools globally in the Financial Times (FT) EMBA 2021 Ranking. ISB's Post Graduate Programme for Senior Executives (PGPMAX) has been ranked 68 globally in the FT EMBA 2021 Ranking. ISB also gained the unique distinction of being the only B-School in India on the list. The FT Executive MBA ranking is a comprehensive ranking of executive MBA courses around the world. ISB's PGPMAX is a 15- month global Executive MBA level programme for senior-level employees with a minimum of 10 years of work experience.

The ranking highlights the relevance of the PGPMAX programme and the importance of an Executive MBA for working professionals. In today's world of unseen challenges and volatility, it becomes more critical for mid-senior level employees to equip and brace themselves up to be ahead of the curve. Echoing similar thoughts about the programme, ISB alumna Neelima Thota (PGPMAX Co'18) Founder and Chief Executive Officer Sah-Krta Foundation says, "ISB has launched the journey of my reinvention. It has helped me reimagine and redefine leadership, management, strategy, and innovation - the four pillars of my transformational professional journey! The trifecta of world-class faculty, peer network and industry connects underscores the invaluable experience."

The rankings are based on measures such as alumni salaries and how far courses helped them achieve their aims three years after completion, the diversity of student and teaching bodies, the quality of academic research, etc.

ISB's multi-pronged approach and excellent networking opportunities facilitate professionals to tread new growth trajectories, which in turn augurs very well for their organisational and career growth. ISB programmes enable professionals to cater to the current and imminent expectations of their customers and stakeholders. As per Suneel Reddy (PGPMAX Co' 18), Chief Executive Officer and Consultant Redefined Group, -"ISB PGPMAX has taught me three important things -  how to be comfortable in uncertain situations, to unlearn is as important as learning to be successful, and third, how to ask the right questions."

Professor Ramabhadran S Thirumalai, Deputy Dean, Programmes, said, "As of date, over 550 senior executives have graduated from the PGPMAX. Their contributions provide a huge impetus to their organisation's achieving their vision. Receiving the prestigious ranking from FT bears testimony to the fact that ISB's programmes are some of the finest globally and that India has to play a more important role in redefining the contours of management education."
