Job Purpose

To create and execute a comprehensive alumni engagement plan spanning events, learning opportunities, member benefits, etc. for the Executive Education and Digital Learning alumni community and enable lifelong learning and brand loyalty.

 

Job Outline

The AD Alumni Engagement is the owner of all alumni activities including engagement and lifelong learning for programmes across Executive Education and Digital Learning.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for EE & DL alumni, nurturing relationships from their initial onboarding throughout their lifelong journey.
  • Strategically segment alumni data to tailor outreach campaigns and facilitate seamless integration into relevant alumni network communities.
  • Drive proactive communication efforts to engage alumni through various channels and initiatives.
  • Act as the central liaison for EE & DL alumni, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to plan, execute, and coordinate all alumni activities.
  • Continuously enhance participant profiles to facilitate personalized learning experiences and analyze career progression trajectories.
  • Collaborate with alumni groups and internal teams to organize calendarized events both online and offline, prioritizing exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a network of distinguished guest speakers and industry experts to enrich alumni learning opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales and Marketing teams to optimize event ratings and enhance the school's rankings for alumni engagement.
  • Manage post-program budgeting, expense reconciliation, and faculty contracts with precision and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate exceptional project management skills to ensure timely completion of all tasks with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Establish and track performance metrics to measure efficiency and satisfaction throughout the alumni engagement lifecycle.
  • Maintain a comprehensive data repository of alumni events for internal and external audit purposes, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines.
  • Curate and maintain a comprehensive database of certified EE & DL participants, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records following each program completion.
