To support the effective and efficient operation of ISB's digital platforms, enhancing the user experience and ensuring the seamless integration and operation of all educational content and technology. This role is crucial in maintaining operational excellence, facilitating cross-functional collaboration with the Business Development, Marketing, Content, and Product Management teams, and contributing to the strategic goals of ISB's digital learning initiatives.

As a Platform Operations Associate at the Indian School of Business (ISB), you will be instrumental in the day-to-day management and optimization of ISB's digital learning platforms. 1.   Assist in the management of daily operations for ISB's digital platforms, focusing on performance optimization and user satisfaction.

2.   Support the execution of operational strategies and projects, ensuring alignment with departmental and institutional goals.

3.   Facilitate collaboration between Business Development, Marketing, Content, and Product Management teams to enhance platform performance and strategic alignment.

4.   Serve as a primary point of contact for operational inquiries, ensuring quick and effective resolution of issues.

5.   Collect, analyze, and report on platform performance data, providing actionable insights to improve operations and user experience.

6.   Monitor and evaluate user feedback, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement in platform services and content offerings.

7.   Collaborate with the technical team to identify and resolve platform issues promptly.

8.    Assist in the testing and implementation of new features or updates, ensuring they meet quality standards and enhance functionality
