We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team as Associate Director- Content Strategy who will oversee the creation and management of multimedia content that enhances the school's online presence, raises brand awareness, and engages the target audience.
The position holder will report to the Head - Marketing and Communications.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with ISB's goals, values, and target audience.
· Oversee the creation, curation, and publication of multimedia content, including articles, videos, podcasts, infographics, and interactive content.
· Manage a team of content creators and provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback on content development and production.
· Provide strategic input and expertise in developing and launching new content initiatives.
· Produce high-quality multimedia content, leveraging analytical writing skills, to cover a broad range of topics related to the business, management, public policy, and education sectors.
· Develop and create explainer-type content that simplifies complex concepts and provides insights to the target audience.
· Ensure multimedia content is visually appealing, engaging, and optimised for different digital platforms.
Candidate Profile
· Preferably a master’s degree in communications or journalism or related field.
· 12+ years of experience in creating multimedia content, including written articles, videos, podcasts, and infographics.
· Prior experience of managing teams involved in multimedia content creation.
· Proven track record of covering a broad range of topics as a reporter/writer/editor, preferably in long-form formats.
· Strong analytical writing skills with the ability to produce explainer-type content that simplifies complex concepts.
· Familiarity with launch team dynamics and experience in launching new content initiatives within a media organisation.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven experience in working across teams to deliver varying content formats.
