Job Purpose |
The Manager – FPM is responsible for managing the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), ensuring smooth programme delivery, and enhancing the student and faculty experience. The incumbent plays a pivotal role in the administration, marketing, and operations of the FPM programme while maintaining its quality and compliance standards. |
Job Outline |
The Manager for the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) will oversee and drive the end-to-end management of the programme. This role involves managing admissions, ensuring smooth programme delivery, and providing comprehensive support to students throughout their academic journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
The job holder has to oversee the admissions process for the FPM programme, including application management, coordination with faculty for evaluations, and scheduling interviews. S/he has to collaborate with the Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) team to design brochures, posters, and social media campaigns for promoting the programme. S/he has to address applicant queries and ensure a seamless application process.
The incumbent has to ensure seamless course delivery by coordinating with faculty, oversee exam administration, audits, and troubleshooting, finalise course line-ups, and update teaching hour records on Salesforce.
The job holder has to serve as the primary contact for student queries. Enhance the FPM portal to improve user experience and functionality. Provide guidance and support to students throughout the programme lifecycle.
S/he has to prepare and monitor the annual budget for the FPM programme and ensure compliance with financial policies and budgetary constraints
