Manager IIDS

Job Title:	Manager/Asst. Manager	Function:	Audit, Academics and MIS
Reports to position:	Research Director/ ED	Location:	Hyderabad
Reportees to Position:	None	Band:	A3/A4

Job Purpose

Responsible for all Outreach and Marketing activities of IIDS.

Job Outline

The job holder is responsible for organizing and managing IIDS website, social media handles, media communications.

The job holder needs to create amazing user experiences by designing the websites and updating timely contents on IIDS website. The candidate should be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts; should be able to transform into content and data into intuitive, and functional designs.

1	Website Design and Maintenance	· Coordinating with Manager Outreach and Content Writer and Conceptualizing creative ideas for IIDS website and update contents on the website from time-to-time · Maintain the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards. · Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding with clients. · Incorporating functionalities and features into websites · Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas · Maintain and update AMPBA & IIDS sites in Atrium · Design and develop the Profile Book for every AMPBA batch before their graduation.

Any Other Significant Input

Work on weekends and holidays (at least once in a month) will be required as the part time programme is delivered to working professionals over weekends/holidays.

The incumbent will have access to certain confidential information and has to strictly adhere to maintain the confidentiality of the information and process. Any information must be released only to relevant stakeholder whose involvement in necessary in completing the respective task. Any intended or unintended release of confidential information without prior written approval cannot be accepted in any situation.
