Mr. Analjit Singh - Founder & Chairman Emeritus, Max Group and Chairman, Max Ventures & Industries and Antara Senior Living - provides guidance and vision to the Group and its executive management. An industry statesman, he has been awarded the Padma Bhushan (2011), the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award (Service, 2012) and the US-India Business Council Leadership Award (2013). In 2014, Spain accorded him its second-highest civilian honour, the Knight Commander of the Order of Queen Isabella. He is also Chairman, Vodafone India and is on the Board of Tata Global Beverages and Sofina NV/SA, Belgium. A Founder Executive Board member of ISB, he has served as Chairman of the Board of Governors at IIT Roorkee. 

An alumnus of Doon School and Shri Ram College of Commerce (Delhi University), he holds an MBA from Boston University. In 2015, he was conferred the Degree of Honorary Doctorate by Amity University in recognition of his unique achievements in the fields of business, governance and education. He also serves as the Honorary Consul-General of the Republic of San Marino in India.
