Call for Academic Associate position in Strategy at ISB

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Strategy Academic Associate (AA). If you have a knack for explaining complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner, we want to hear from you!

As a Strategy Academic Associate, you'll have the opportunity to:

📚 Assist in the delivery of dynamic Strategy courses that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

🔍 Collaborate with experienced faculty members to develop innovative teaching materials and lesson plans.

🎓 Mentor and support students in their academic journey, providing guidance and encouragement along the way.

💼 Gain valuable academic experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

🔹 Business Degree i.e., BBA, MBA, and having taken subjects related to Strategy at the graduate level.

🔹 Applicants should have been exposed to case-based teaching and have sound working knowledge of case-based learning.

🔹 Prior Academic Associate/Teaching Assistant experience in Strategy at IIMs and similar institutes, will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

🔹Academically inclined and with a desire for a future academic career i.e., teaching, research etc.

🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Please note that interested candidates have to be willing to give a 2-year commitment. Due to the nature of the work, we will not be accepting final year Ph.D. students.
