Application Deadlines
Applicants are open for the PGP YL Class of 2028.
We operate a staggered admission process with two deadlines for each intake. While competition is the same across all rounds, the earlier you gain admission, the more time you will have to secure financing and arrange related logistics. The online application for each round opens approximately two months before the application deadline for that round. Know more about our application deadlines and special instructions below.

Note - Applications submitted after December 14, 2025, will automatically roll into Round 2 consideration. We shall not accept applications received after February 22, 2026, for the class of 2028. Each application round represents a specific timeframe for submission, not sequential stages of the process. Candidates may submit only one application per academic year during a single round. These dates depend on the admission cycle, i.e. these will be the Round 1 and Round 2 deadline dates.
We welcome international students and value the perspectives they bring to the classroom. We also embrace applicants who have lived, worked, or studied abroad or who are driving global agendas at multinational companies and engaging dynamically with diverse stakeholders across borders.
Any applicant who previously applied to any of the PGP Suite of programmes will be considered a reapplicant.
We welcome returning candidates, who typically represent 20-25% of our applicant pool each year. Many successful ISB students were admitted on their second or third attempt, bringing valuable perspective and demonstrated commitment to their cohorts.
Reapplicants benefit from a reduced application fee and the opportunity to highlight their growth through a dedicated "Reapplicant essay."
As a reapplicant, your application will be evaluated comprehensively based on current admissions criteria, with no advantage or disadvantage compared to first-time applicants. We encourage you to showcase meaningful developments, new accomplishments, and enhanced clarity in your career vision since your previous submission.
You must complete the current application in its entirety, even if you have taken admission to any other programme at ISB, previously. Our admissions committee appreciates the determination you demonstrate as a reapplicant and recognises that timing and personal readiness are important factors in your admissions journey.

Application Deadlines
All Round 1 applications will close at 23:59 hrs IST on the deadline date. From 00:00 hrs IST, Round 2 will commence. After Round 2, the application form for the PGP YL programme will close for this admissions cycle. Incomplete applications submitted in Round 1 will be evaluated in the final round (Round 2), once they are completed.
Submission of GMAT/GRE/CAT Scores
Candidates applying with GMAT/GRE/CAT may submit unofficial scores if the test has been taken on or before the deadline date of the particular round they are applying in. Applicants must upload the test confirmation email (PDF) in lieu of the scorecard and enter their approximate scores in the application form. The official scores must be sent to ISB directly through the respective test portals.
